Thank You!!!...and a Blessed New Year to All!

Winter Welcome!

Snow on the Roof top!

Molly, showing off her new fleece coat!..
Isn't she adorable?

We got a surprise visit from Santa!..
He was checking up on us to see if we were naughty or nice.

Santa and his Mrs., showed us a picture
of them, in their work clothes.

This tree featured handmade tree ornaments and
small gold wire angels, which sold out quickly!

Our trees were filled with wonderful one of a kind ornaments.

So much to see!

All of our wreaths sold,
with the exception of two.

Santa especially loved our Ho...Ho...Ho...wreath!
Sold!

Giant pine cones for hanging.
they sold out quickly.

One of our one of a kind chimes...
they all sold!

Of course we showed you some of the Christmas items earlier, but just couldn't show you everything. Our Holiday Celebration Bazaar was a huge success! We still do not have a final total but we expect to be close to $2,400! The Lord has His Hand upon us and we believe that He Guides us each time we meet to plan and create.

A huge
"THANK YOU" to each and every one of you who continue to support us by your donations in supplies, baked goods, shopping and prayers! We appreciate your support, more than we can express! And we want you to know that many of our items this year were made with materials that you left for us in the craft room!

Our meals have been drawing a crowd and building a reputation under the leadership of
Khris. Khris' bacon corn chowder and beef vegetable soups, draw much praise!...as do our sandwiches and George's Marvelous Cranberry Salad!

We will be using the money to purchase a defibrillator and blood pressure kit and stethoscope for the church. We are very excited about this purchase, although we pray that it is never needed, there is a peace of mind knowing that it could help to save a life or lives in the future. The remaining money will be held in reserve to be added to funds later for replacing concrete in the back of the church.

We want to update you with some changes that we have made within the guild. we will no longer sponsoring the Fall Yard Sale that we originated. We find it is too much for the ladies and we can not get the "man help", that is needed. We feel that this would be an excellent fund raiser for the youth fellowship and their parents. We usually made around $1,000 each time.

Also, we will no longer have a Fall Craft table at the Block Party. We have found that by making Fall crafts, it does not allow us enough time to make our Christmas crafts and thus puts too much stress upon us. It is our goal that we are a spirit filled, fun filled and stress free as we do our work for the good of our Lord.

We invite you to join us each Wednesday, starting January 6th, as we create, pray, laugh and enjoy christian fellowship.

Look for our next posting in February and start thinking Spring! If you wish to order one of our very best sellers, our songbook angels, just see a craft guild member!

Our wish for you is that God will Bless you richly with His Love and that 2010 is filled with wonderful surprises that only He knows awaits you! God Bless All!

A Wonderful Day for a Yard Sale!

Our Yard Sale was a wonderful success. The weather was perfect for a Fall Yard Sale. We sold out of our baked goods and the apple dumplings (over 30) were gone by 9:30 am! A big thank you to everyone who donated items and to our Bethany Bakers. Special Thanks to the men who set up and tore down the tables and everyone who helped with bringing the items upstairs and outside.

We raised almost $1,000! The money will be added to the previous $2,000 gifted to be used for new ceiling tiles and a fresh coat of paint in the Social Room.

We raised $737.10 and Thanked God for answering our prayer. We gave $500 to Josie for the UMW to use for Thanksgiving and Christmas food baskets and the remainder will replenish our treasury.
